1. What education level, experiences, backgrounds, etc. does the TaiFu™ require?

1. You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

2. We do not care if you finish high school or college. All we care about is can you produce RESULTS and add VALUE to our investing team?

3. Do not TELL us what you can do. SHOW us examples of your work.

   1.  If you are a video editor, show us dozens of videos you have edited.

   2. If you are a film maker, show us the dozens of short films you have created.

   3. If you are software engineer, show us the software projects you have done.

2. What are you looking for in a new team member?

1. We are a very small team so each team member has to be able to THINK independently and SOLVE PROBLEMS independently.

2. If you need someone to tell you how to solve the problem then do not apply.

3. If your feelings get hurt when we tell you it is not good and change it and make it better then do not apply. We do NOT want soft, weak and sensitive people on our team.

4. We want people who genuinely love what they do. Here are some examples so you know who we are looking for:

   1. If you are a video editor, you have edited hundreds of videos for fun just because you like video editing. You did it for fun even when no one paid you to do it.

   2. If you are a filmmaker, you have created dozens of short films with your friends for fun just because you like to create films and tell a story. You did it for fun even when no one paid you to do it.

   3. If you are software developer, you started to experiment with blockchain and AI software and did not need someone to give you permission to go learn about the new technology.

5. We want team members that are capable of learning new things. We are tech investors so we have to quickly learn new technology all the time. If you are afraid to learn new things then do NOT apply to join our team.

6. We are looking for people that live in Viet Nam or want to move and live Viet Nam. At the moment, we are looking to build our office in the beach city of Da Nang, Viet Nam.  In the beginning, team members can work remotely.  However, after our offices are build in Da Nang, Viet Nam, we want all our team members working together in the same office.

7. If you do not believe you can become a crazy rich, USD millionaire  then do not apply to join our team. 

8. If you do not believe you are the best at what you do then please do not apply. We are not looking for people who think they are “average” to be on our team. We are a small team so we want the BEST not the AVERAGE.

3. How much do you pay your team members?

1. We have been teaching people for >10 years that you can NOT make Life Changing Profits™ from a paycheck, salary or job.

2. If you want to make Life Changing Profits™ you have to learn how to build a business or invest into someone else's business or project.

3. We pay each of our team the market rate for their efforts and once they prove to us they are good at what they do we will pay them 10-20% higher than the market rate. DO NOT expect us to pay you 100% higher than the market rate because it is not going to happen. Even if we paid you 1-2 times higher than the market rate, you will still not make Life Changing Profits™.

4. If you want to make Life Changing Profits™ then take a portion of the salary we pay you and invest it into crypto like we do. If you do not plan to invest a portion of your salary into crypto then do not ask to join our team.

5. The people who join our team are not looking for higher salaries. They are looking to join our team to work with one of the best trading/investing teams on the planet so they can become a high level investor. If you want to learn investing you do not need to work with us because you can enroll in the Cryptocurrency Investing Blueprint™ and learn everything we know.

6. When you apply to join our team, you need to be ready to SHOW us WHY we should pay you above the market rate for your work.  We have no problem paying above market rates for EXCEPTIONAL talent and skill to be on our team to help us solve the investing problems we encounter.

7. If you are OKAY with receiving an average market rate salary to work with us then please do not apply because we do NOT want AVERAGE people on our small team.

4. What benefits do I get from working on the TaiFu™ Team?

1. No how good you are at what you do, you will automatically become better working with us because we have a culture of being the BEST!
